Our Story
Building more than a pickleball facility.
Pickleball 365 was built from a simple idea: create the type of pickleball experience we wished existed ourselves.
Pickleball 365 was founded by Bob and Deanna Lorincz with a simple but powerful idea: create the type of pickleball experience they wished existed themselves.
Before Pickleball 365 became a business, Bob was exploring franchise opportunities and looking for the right concept to invest in. At the same time, he and Deanna had fallen in love with pickleball and saw firsthand how quickly the sport was growing in their local community. The demand was clear, but the options for consistent, high-quality indoor play were limited.

Rather than invest in someone else’s concept, Bob saw an opportunity to build something from the ground up that combined two of his passions: technology and pickleball. Together, Bob and Deanna began creating a new kind of indoor pickleball facility, one that would be premium, accessible, community focused, and powered by technology from day one.
They launched Pickleball 365 while still maintaining their full-time jobs, building the business around an automated operating model that made ownership possible without requiring traditional daily staffing. That constraint became a strength. It forced the business to be lean, efficient, technology driven, and intentionally designed around the player experience.
From the beginning, every decision was guided by three principles:
- Deliver an exceptional player experience
- Foster a strong and welcoming community
- Continuously innovate and improve
What started as a bold idea quickly became proof that players want more than courts. They want a place to improve, compete, connect, and belong. Pickleball 365 was built to meet that need with a model that combines recurring membership revenue, diverse programming, operational efficiency, and a strong sense of community.
Today, Pickleball 365 represents more than a single facility. It is the result of real-world experience, local demand, player feedback, and a belief that the future of pickleball should be more accessible, more innovative, and more community driven.
